Ultimate riff power is yours with the Fullbore Metal Distortion pedal from MXR. This compact but powerful device is all you need to unleash the most devastating contemporary metal guitar tones ever heard. The Fullbore Metal turbo-charges your guitar signal with lethal amounts of ultra high gain. This is combined with a built-in Noise Gate to knock out the noise associated with extreme gain levels while also adding definition and tightness to syncopated metal riffs.
With its simple operation and stellar analog tone—the MXR Micro Chorus joins the ranks of MXR Classics such as the Phase 90, Dyna Comp and Micro Amp. This 80's reissue delivers a stunning range of rich chorus textures, from sparkly watery shimmers to intense rotating speaker simulation with a twist of the Rate control. The Micro Chorus is designed with old-school bucket brigade technology for warm analog tone and features true bypass for pure guitar tone when the pedal is off. Its road-worthy hardware and components are housed in a space saving Phase 90 sized box.
The MXR Sub Machine Fuzz kicks open the door to epic and unbridled sonic exploration. This mean little box combines the shaggy vintage tones of the La Machine Fuzz with a growling sub octave circuit, giving you a one way ticket to the sonic frontiers of heavy.
The Sub Machine Fuzz features the La Machine Fuzz’s circuitry and all of its functions—from its Volume, Tone, and Fuzz controls to its electrifying octave up mode.—but it’s also got an old school sub octave circuit with its own level control, so you can dial in just the right mix of fuzz and sub octave signals.
To further broaden the Sub Machine Fuzz’s thunderous tonal palette, the MXR team added a Series switch so you can run the sub octave signal straight into the fuzz—for some seriously subterranean saturation—or alongside the fuzz for a split channel effect.
The MXR Double-Double Overdrive serves up two classic overdrives in a single housing. Changing between the two is as simple as a flick of the Lo/Hi switch: the Low Gain circuit belts out rich, fiery midrange tones while the High Gain circuit kicks up the gain and emphasizes highs and lows. Use the Treble and Bass controls to season your overdriven sound, and then crank the Level and Drive controls to turn the heat up to your liking. The MXR Double-Double Overdrive comes in a road-ready housing with true bypass switching.
This pedal has everything the M169 Carbon Copy is known for, but it’s been tuned for a brighter sound with more defined repeats exhibiting distinct vocal quality. Engage the modulation button and your repeats will sing with shimmering beauty. 600ms of delay time, an enhanced frequency range, Mix (dry/wet blend) and Regen (delay repeats). Two internal trim pots offer adjustable width and rate controls of the modulation for even more tonal options. True hardwire bypass.
Powered by 9 volt battery or AC adaptor.
The M288 Bass Octave Deluxe is a dual-voice octave pedal that offers analog tone, true bypass, and a variety of tonal options. MXR's 18 volt Constant Headroom Technology™ provides high headroom and superior tracking. Use the Dry knob to mix in your direct signal, and hit the Mid+ switch to add up to +14dB of internally adjustable mid frequencies (400Hz or 850Hz). Finally, mix in two separately controlled octave voices—Growl (for throaty tone) and Girth (for deep tone).
Designed by the award-winning MXR® Custom Badass™ team, the Super Badass Distortion puts decades of 100% analog distortion at your feet. With its highly responsive Distortion control, the Super Badass covers a full spectrum, from early ’70s low gain overdrive to modern “scooped” metal distortion and every shade of dirt in between. Once you’ve dialed in your desired amount of crunch, you can use the Bass, Mid, and Treble controls to finely sculpt your sound.
The Super Badass Distortion features true bypass switching and comes ready for the road with the sturdy housing and durable components that MXR is known for.
Next up in the MXR Custom Badass line is the Modified Overdrive—a classic overdrive circuit with modern modifications for improved performance and versatility.
For added flexibility, we’ve added a 100HZ cut and boost control that allows for a more focused EQ when cut, or a beefier tone when boosted. The Bump switch engages an alternate EQ voicing that boosts the lows and mids. Put it in front of the '78 Custom Badass Distortion for a slew of amp-like gain structures that won't mask your tone.
Experience overdrive nirvana courtesy of the MXR Custom Badass team.
The MXR Bass Preamp combines a pristine bass preamp with a studio-quality Direct Out in a Phase 90-sized box, providing clear tone without hogging precious pedalboard space. Use it to add a new voice to an old passive bass, sweeten up any amp, or put some special sauce on a particular song. Dial it in just the way you want it and send it straight to the house—pre or post-EQ—with the built-in Direct Out.
The Bass Preamp features separate INPUT and OUTPUT level controls and a 3-band EQ section with sweepable midrange—from 250hz to 1khz—for extensive tonal flexibility. It’s all delivered super clean with high headroom thanks to our own Constant Headroom Technology™, and you can use the PRE/POST EQ switch to set whether or not your Direct Out signal is affected by the Bass Preamp’s EQ section. And of course, the Bass Preamp features a GROUND LIFT switch in case you encounter ground loop hum.
The Bass Preamp is factory preset to operate in ¼” out buffered bypass and Direct Out active. For players who only want to use the ¼” out, there are two internal switches that disable the Direct Out and ¼” out buffered bypass for true ¼” out bypass mode.
The MXR Bass Chorus Deluxe is powered by pure analog bucket-brigade technology, serving up shimmering, liquid chorus and swooshing, metallic flanger effects while preserving the punch and fundamental of your low end.
The Bass Chorus Deluxe features top-mounted Flanger and X-Over buttons with LED status indicators. In X-Over Mode, modulation in low frequencies is decreased at 100Hz—perfect for playing upper register chords, melodies and fills while keeping the low end in tune. With Bass and Treble controls you can cut or boost lows and highs and shape the tonal character of the effect. For a wide stereo sound, select the TRS (tip-ring-sleeve) Stereo Hardwire Bypass Mode via an internal switch. In this mode, you can use a TRS to TS (tip-sleeve) Y-splitter cable to send the effect signal to two different amplifiers, allowing the modulation to move from left to right.
The Bass Chorus Deluxe joins the ranks of award-winning pedals in the MXR Bass Innovations line, each designed by bass players for bass players.
Knob tweakers and tone freaks, your overdrive pedal has arrived. The Il Torino Overdrive, the MXR Custom Shop showroom’s latest addition, serves up smooth, organic grit with the controls you need to adapt its sound to your carefully constructed signal chain.
Designed by guest Custom Shop engineer Carlo Sorasio, Italy’s premier boutique amp and pedal builder, the Il Torino Overdrive uses MOSFET technology to recreate the gain structure of classic tube preamps, allowing it to sing with sweet, touch responsive saturation and natural sounding compression. Next, Carlo added a 3-band EQ section so you can finely shape the sound of the overdrive.
Finally, Carlo added a BOOST/OD switch to toggle between Boost Mode—a cleaner sound with just the right amount of compression and sustain—and OD Mode—a more aggressive, cranked tube amp sound.
This pedal uses a sophisticated bypass system in the form of a Class A Low Impedance Output Driver—essentially a form of buffered bypass—to keep your tone sounding warm and natural across long signal chains where signal loss normally occurs.
It all comes in a sturdy MXR box with all the high quality jacks and switches to make it last on the road.
The MXR Custom Comp is built from the finest components available and designed with a blend of modern and classic compressor technology. At the heart of the pedal resides the legendary and rare CA3080 “metal can” IC that delivers increased dynamic range, greater transparency, and quieter operation. In addition, the MXR Custom Shop design team included RF suppression components for interference-free operation, and an internal Attack control that allows fine tuning of the speed of the note’s initial attack. Combined with a TPDT (Triple Pole Double Throw) switch for true bypass and heavy duty pots, the MXR Custom Comp will provide years of high performance live and in the studio.
This pedal kicks open the door to epic and unbridled sonic exploration. Combining all the features and shaggy vintage tones of the LA Machine Fuzz, the Sub Machine adds an old school sub octave circuit with its own level control and an added series switch allowing you to run the sub octave signal straight into the fuzz for subteranean saturation or alongside the fuzz for a split channel effect. Buffered. Powered by 9 volt battery or AC adaptor.
