If you supply an email address with your order you will receive an immediate email confirmation of your order. Your orders will be attended to promptly and we will advise if there are any delays with providing products.
POSTAGE
Many of our products have 'free postage'.
If there is a postage fee it will appear on the first shopping cart screen before you provide your details.
Your goods will usually be sent by either Australia Post or TNT or whatever The Music Shop determines as best suited to your particular delivery.
(Please note. We do not charge your card if the goods are not available to be despatched)
Remote areas MAY incur an extra charge. You will be advised of this and given the chance to cancel the order.
RETURNS
While all care is taken in packaging your goods, The Music Shop will not be responsible for any goods received damanged, due to shipping.

Prices are subject to change without notice. If an order is placed through the website and the price has changed, you will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel your order.
