ORDERING AT THE MUSIC SHOP
At The Music Shop our priority is to make your online shopping experience as simple as possible. All prices listed are in Australian dollars.
You can order with us by:
- Credit Card - VISA and Mastercard are accepted. Cheques will be accepted but goods will not be despatched until the cheque has been received and cleared. Credit cards will not be charged until products are ready to be dispatched.

Pay Pal - Upon receiving your order we will calculate the postage and provide a pay pal invoice for you to make your payment. Funds will need to be cleared before products are dispatched.
- Direct deposit - Upon receiving your order we will calculate the postage and advise you of your total cost and we will then provide our bank account details for the transfer. When the money has shown in our account the products will be dispatched.
- Phone - Our phone number for orders or enquiries in 08 8584 4675.
If you supply an email address with your order you will receive an immediate email confirmation of your order. Your orders will be attended to promptly and we will advise if there are any delays with providing products.
POSTAGE
On receival of an order, The Music Shop will calculate the freight cost to your destination and add it to your total.
Your goods will usually be sent by either Australia Post or TNT or whatever The Music Shop determines as best suited to your particular delivery.
If freight exceeds $50 you will be advised to confirm the price.
The Music Shop will always try to deliver goods as quickly and as cost-effective as possible.
(Please note. We do not charge your card or issue a pay pal invoice if the goods are not available to be despatched)
RETURNS
While all care is taken in packaging your goods, The Music Shop will not be responsible for any goods received damanged, due to shipping.
SECURITY
The Music Shop knows the importance of being able to shop securely on-line so we have taken steps to ensure that our customers information is secure.
Our secure server encrypts all payment information you sent to us. The encryption process takes all the information and converts it to unreadable codes that are securely transmitted over the Internet. Because these codes can be understood only by your web browser and our secure server, it would be very hard for anyone else to use your information.
