ORDERING AT THE MUSIC SHOP
At The Music Shop our priority is to make your online shopping experience as simple as possible. All prices listed are in Australian dollars.
You can order with us by:
- Secure on-line purchasing - Bankcard, VISA and Mastercard are accepted. Cheques will be accepted but goods will not be despatched until the cheque has been received and cleared.

Faxing - Simply choose 'Fax/Direct Deposit' from the payment choices and proceed to the checkout. On the final 'Thank you' page print out and fax this to us on 08 8584 4686.
- Phone - Our phone number for orders or enquiries in 08 8584 4675.
- Direct deposit - Choose 'Fax/Direct Deposit' from the payment choices and proceed to the checkout. On the final 'Thank you' page our banking details will be displayed. Upon receiving your order 'The Music Shop' will calculate the postage and advise you of your total cost. Please don't transfer payment until you have been notified.
If you supply an email address with your order you will receive an immediate email confirmation of your order. Your orders will be attended to promptly and we will advise if there are any delays with providing products.
POSTAGE
On receival of an order, The Music Shop will calculate the freight cost to your destination and add it to your total.
Your goods will usually be sent by either Australia Post or Star Track Express or whatever The Music Shop determines as best suited to your particular delivery.
If freight exceeds $30 you will be advised to confirm the price and have the opportunity to cancel the order.
The Music Shop will always try to deliver goods as quickly and as cost-effective as possible.
OUT OF STOCK
If you place an order and we happen to be out of stock of the product we will advise you and you can choose to wait for the stock to arrive or you may cancel the order.
RETURNS
While all care is taken in packaging your goods, The Music Shop will not be responsible for any goods received damanged, due to shipping.
No returns are accepted on international orders. Other items purchased in Australia may be returned but refund or exchange is at the discretion of The Music Shop. A receipt is required of your initial purchase.
Postage and handling charges on returned goods are not refundable. If we do accept returned goods we will exchange items freight free.
SECURITY
The Music Shop knows the importance of being able to shop securely on-line so we have taken steps to ensure that our customers information is secure.
Our secure server encrypts all payment information you sent to us. The encryption process takes all the information and converts it to unreadable codes that are securely transmitted over the Internet. Because these codes can be understood only by your web browser and our secure server, it would be very hard for anyone else to use your information.
The Music Shop takes all reasonable care to safeguard your details, and you can be assured that the information given to use will not be distributed to anyone else.
